So anyway, on Tuesday Joe and Phil put the mast back up first thing. At 7:35 we left Big Muddy's and cruised under the suspension bridge headed for the Burlington railroad lift bridge that was now operational. Unfortunately, there was a train coming so we had to wait until 8:15 for the bridge to open, but we finally made it under and continued on our way.
The rest of the day was cold and overcast and we waited some more at locks for barges. We made about 60 miles.
